Breakfast feast
Instructions
2 tablespoons butter
1 tomato diced.
1/2 purple onion diced.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1/2 cup milk
5 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 pack of Jammin Jays Dip mix (I used Cheesy garlic)
1/2 cup diced bacon (can use any type of meat)
Italian Seasoning(optional)
salt and pepper to taste.
Put onions and butter in skillet(w/lid) cook until translucent.
While onions are cooking mix eggs, milk and pack of Jammin Jays Dip Mix
Once onions are done layer tomato and bacon over onions.
Then pour egg mixture over egg. Place lid and allow to cook. (Med heat)
Once egg is cooked add mozzarella and Italian seasoning (to taste) place lid and allow to melt.
Goes great with homemade hashbrowns
