Jammin Jays Cajun Shrimp & Grilled Steak Delight
Ingredients:
– 1-pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
– 2 tablespoons Jammin Jays Cajun seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 lime, juiced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
– Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Start by marinating the shrimp. In a bowl, combine shrimp, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
3. While the grill warms up, season the steaks with Cajun Seasoning.
4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
5. Once the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
6. While the steaks are resting, place the marinated shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
7. Once everything is cooked, slice the steaks and serve alongside the grilled shrimp.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and squeeze lemon wedges over the dish before serving
