Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes

Instructions

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
8 – 10 small/medium sized potatoes (I used yellow)
1/3 cup olive oil + 2 tbsp of salt, 2tbsp pepper, 1/2 cup paprika (for potatoes)
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
1/3 cup each of paprika
2 TBSP minced garlic
1 pack Jammin Jays Cheesy Garlic Mix
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
16oz heavy cream
1/2 cup Bacon

Instructions

Parmesan Cheese Sauce
1- In a pot mix heavy cream, parmesan cheese and pack of Jammin Jays Cheesy Garlic
stir on low heat till cheese is melted.

Potato’s
1- wash potatoes, peel, and cut up into small cubes
2- toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika
3- cook potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Make sure you stir them around at least a couple times while they cook.
While the potatoes are cooking you want to be cooking the chicken in a skillet.

Chicken
1-Dice up chicken and place in a Ziplock
2- mix in salt and pepper
3- 1/3 cup of paprika
4- 2 tbsp minced garlic
5- shake well in bag
6- Put butter into skillet medium to high heat and cook chicken
once chicken is finished cooking. Make sure any extra liquid is soaked up or drained then add 1/2 of the garlic Parmesan sauce.
continue to stir until parmesan sauce is mixed in well.
7- add cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir.
8- Place in pan (I used a glass Pyrex)
9- top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon
broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese.
10- Leftover Parmesan cheese sauce is to use as a topping once on your plate.
