THE HARDEST PART _ IS PREP!
Ingredients
2 lb. butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1″ pieces.
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 Pack Jammin Jays Cheesy Garlic
2 chicken Breast
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped.
2 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella (next time I will use kraft easy melt mozzarella)
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan (next time I will use fresh parmesan)
Directions
1- peeled and cut into 1″ pieces
2- Boil chicken breast until done. Once cool shred up or chop to small pieces
3-Preheat oven to 425°.
In a large bowl toss butternut squash with olive oil, garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Place squash on tray and cook until soft.
4- while squash is cooking in a bowl mix cheese, bacon chicken and pack of Jammin Jays mix.
5 – Once squash is done mix the squash, cheese mixture all together and place in casserole pan. Place back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
