Ingredients
2lbs Hamburger
2bags Cheese(I used chedder)
2-3lbs bacon
1pk of Jammin Jays Dip
Jammin Jays Redneck Rub
16oz Sour Cream
BBQ sauce( I used my homemade)
Instructions
1) Mix Hamburger, Cheese and Redneck Rub
2) Cut onion slices about 3/4 thick
3) Separate the large and small rings
4)Wrap the inside of the larger ring with ground beef and insert the smaller ring into the middle
5)Wrap beef onion ring with bacon
6) In oven Cook at 325 for 1 hour. I cooked mine on the grill for a little over an hour. You may have to add toothpicks to hold bacon in place. However if you cook crispy on one side before flipping you should not have an issue.
7) Once cooked you want to base your rings with bbq sauce
Ā while food is cooking make your Jammin Jays Original, Cheesy Garlic or Jalapeno) I used cheesy Garlic
FYI-Next time I make I will not use a smaller onion for the center. Even though the recipe calls for it. It will be less of a pain by leaving it out.
