Ingredients
1 lb. of Sirloin
1pack of Jammin Jays Dip(I used cheesy garlic)
Jammin Jays Redneck Rub
1 long loaf of French Bread
Shredded Chedder Cheese
Fresh Cilantro
 Garlic Salt
2 Stick of Butter
16oz Sour Cream
Olive Oil

Instructions
1-Mix pack of Jammin Jays Dip with sour cream
2- Take meat rub down with olive oil then cover meat with Jammin Jays Redneck Rub. Wrap with plastic wrap place in Fridge (best results leave wrapped for 24hrs)
3- cut French bread 1/2 inch thick
4- melt butter and brush onto bread (I did both sides)
5- add garlic salt to taste onto the bread
6- I cooked sirloin to med rare on broil about 5 min on each side. If you want, well done then lower temp to 350 and let cook until done.
once cooked remove from heat and slice thin.
7- On Broil cook garlic bread until golden brown when down add shredded cheese place in oven until melted
8- combine ingredients Garlic Bread top with steak. Then top with Jammin Jays Dip and put Cilantro on top of Jammin Jays
9- Enjoy
