Instructions

Egg roll wrappers

2 cups  Deer meat Shredded or chopped up small(can use chicken, beef or any type of meat)

1 cup coleslaw mix

1/2 cup barbecue sauce of your choice (I used my homemade bbq sauce)

Jammin Jays Redneck Seasoning

16oz Sourcream

1 pack of Jammin Jays Dip Mix(I used Cheesy Garlic(for dipping)

Oil for frying

For a vegetarian option, you can use grilled veggies or a plant-based protein instead of meat. If egg roll wrappers are hard to find, try using phyllo dough or thin tortillas for a different twist.

Directions

Rub meat with Jammin Jays Redneck Rub cover and place in fridge to marinade.(longer you marinade the better the flavor)

Prepare the Filling: Combine your choice of meat with the coleslaw mix. Add enough barbecue sauce to give it a good, tangy flavor.

Wrap the Egg Rolls: Place a spoonful of the filling on each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll them up tightly, making sure the edges are sealed to keep the filling inside.

Cook the Egg Rolls: You can either fry the egg rolls in hot oil until they’re crispy and golden, or bake them for a healthier option.

Mix Sour cream and Jammin Jays Dip

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your homemade Redneck Egg Rolls while they’re hot.

I dip mine in Jammin Jays Cheesy Garlic and BBQ Sauce
