AVACADO TACOS

1 lb. ground Beef(chicken)

6 pieces Bacon (cooked and crumble)

6 Avocado

Green Onions (whatever type you like)

1 Taco Seasoning (I did not use any)

16 oz Sour Cream

Salsa (whatever you like)

1 Lime

Shredded Cheese

Cilantro

1 small Tomato

Jammin Jays Dip Mix (Original, Cheesy Garlic, Jalapeno)

1)In a pan cook ground beef and add taco seasoning

2)Cut avocado in half remove seed and scoop out some of the avocado. Be careful not to take out too much.

You can leave in the skin however I remove the skin. Put extra avocado in bowl.

3) Cut Lime in half and squeeze over avocado

4) Smash up extra avocado, put in salt (to taste), diced tomatoes, cut up cilantro and squeeze other half lime. Don’t use all the cilantro and tomato.

Mix all and cover.

5) Mix sour cream with Jammin Jays Dip Mix (I used cheesy garlic)

6) Take the avocado and place on plate. Take your meat in place in and around avocado. Then sprinkle your bacon, cheese, onion, tomato on and around avocado.

7) Put salsa and Jammin Jays on top of avocado (to taste)
