Ingredients
1)Jammin Jays Dip Mix (Original, Cheesy Garlic, Jalapeno)
2) 1Lb Steak Um’s
3)16oz Sour Cream
4) Med Onion (I used green onion)
5) 1 Large Green Pepper
6) Cheese (I used white sharp)
7) Egg Roll Wrappers
8) Oil
9) You can also add mushrooms, Banana peppers
Instructions
1) mix sour cream and pack of Jammin Jays Dip (place in container until you are ready to dip)
2) Dice up onion and peppers and put in skillet. Cook until done. (You can take Italian Dressing and cook with onions and peppers)
3) Cook up meat until done and mix in onions and peppers
4) Follow instructions for egg roll
5) Use a 1 1/2 slice of cheese per egg roll
6) When done frying dip in Jammin Jays Dip and enjoy!!!
