Instructions
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
24 ounces white mushrooms, whole or sliced to preference.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
1.5 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
1pack of Jammin Jays Dip (I used Cheesy garlic)
1/2 pack linguine
In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat add the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until tender.
Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, pack of Jammin Jays Dip Stir with the mushrooms and heat until the sauce is bubbly and smooth.
Meat side I used quarter legs. Sprayed with olive oil then added salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Cooked at 375 till done.
